These terms and conditions apply to all sales, purchases, payments and shipping. These conditions apply in all cases unless indicated otherwise. If we offer different conditions, they apply only to that one time and change the carbonvanes.ie general terms and conditions for purchase and shipment for that particular occasion. By the receipt of the product the liability for proper use, storage and commissioning is assumed by the customer. Always check the package for possible transport damage in the presence of the courier. Every damaged from shipping must be reported in three days from the receiving. Subsequent complaints for transport damage cannot be accepted.

What products are marketed by carbonvanes.ie?

Products: carbon vane, air filter, repair kit, service kit for vacuum pumps. All carbonvanes.ie products are high-quality alternative (aftermarket) products. Our products are compatible or similar with original brand products. Brand names and trademarks on the carbonvanes.ie website are exclusively to find the replacement product. Trademarks stay in their owners property. Brand names stay in their owners property.

VAT

This terms and conditions does not apply for consumers, we supply B2B partners. 

Orders

Until payment confirmation is received by the customer, the order is non-committal. Upon request a quote is sent about the required product(s). A request for quote does not constitute an order! We only can accept quotations sent to air24@air24.ie Email address. All dealers and distributors are welcome on our website. For reseller discount contact us Email to air24@air24.ie

Payments conditions

We finalise and confirm the order upon payment. The prepayment request can be made with Credit/Debit card on an online payment interface. For online payment we use the interface of a provider specialised in online payment. The card payment surface opens the provider’s website and the payment can be completed on a secure interface. The invoice is issued in euro and we accept payment only in euro. The invoice is sent in email; it is considered the final invoice; this condition is considered accepted with the submission of the order.

Delivery

Products can be shipped from multiple warehouses. Shipment costs paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are included during the checkout. Shipping costs are subject to change depending on package size and weight. We always notify the customer of the shipment costs. Check the package for possible transport damage in the presence of the courier. Subsequent complaints for transport damage cannot be accepted. Every product damaged from shipping must be reported in three working days from the receiving. Products which are out of stock could be delivered in approximately 2 weeks but maximum 30 days from income of your purchase. All outgoing shipments will generate an information email.
